Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

All orders will be packed and shipped the same day that they are ordered if ordered Monday-Friday by 5 p.m. All orders place on the weekend or after hours will be packed and shipped the following business day.

What are the shipping options? How much does each cost, and how long will it take?

We use the delivery service of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and have several delivery options available to you. There is a shipping calculator on the website that will give you exact shipping costs and how you would like your order to be shipped.  Price and delivery time will depend on how you would prefer to receive items. You will also be able to track your shipment.

Will you notify me when the items have shipped?

You will receive a tracking number after you place your order. All orders will be shipped via FedEx within one business day of your order.

Is my credit card information secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Can I call in order rather than giving my credit card information online?

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

You may return any item purchased from IC Vitamin Source for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment you used. All opened containers will be given a merchandise credit towards any future orders. We will only give a pro-rated credit for items already used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must receive the return within the 30 day period. IC Vitamin Source reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

I received the wrong item. Can you help me?

If you received the wrong item, please email us at:  customerservice@icvitaminsource.com. Give us your name, order number and the item that was shipped incorrectly. Let us know what item you should have received. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to us and send out the correct product immediately.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button next to item that you would like to purchase.  You may add as many items to your cart as you would like.  When you have added all the items you would like to purchase, click the Checkout button, located at top of the page you are on.  At that time, you will enter your billing, shipping and payment information as directed.  You will then need to confirm your order by clicking “Submit Order” located at the bottom of confirmation page.

Once I have submitted my order, can I make changes?

We work very hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.  All orders are processed and shipped   the same day they are ordered if they are ordered during business hours.  Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

When am I charged for the items that I ordered?

All orders are processed and shipped the same day they are ordered if they are ordered during business hours. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. If an item is backordered, you will be charged for that item at the time of shipment.

Do I need to pay sales tax for my order?

Residents in California must pay 8% sales tax.

Do I need to login every time I shop on website?

You will need to login to website if you would like to purchase products online. You will only be asked to login when you are ready to check out and purchase product. At any time, you may browse and learn about our products without logging in.

Can I change my account information at any time?

Click on the “My Account” button at the top right of the home page. Log in using your current email address and password. After logging in, you will be able to change any account information you would like to.

I have forgotten my password. Can you help me?

If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password” button. A temporary password will be sent to your email.  You will need to login with the temporary password. You may change your password in the “My Account” section, which is located at the top right of home page.


Order Status

How can I find out the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your package is ready for shipment. All orders will be shipped via USPS within one business day of your order.

When will my backordered item be shipped?

If one of our items is backordered, you will be notified within one business day. You will be notified within five business days that the item has shipped to you. At that time, you will receive a tracking number to follow your item and its delivery.

I’m missing an item from my order. Can you help me?

If an item is missing from your order, please make sure that you have not received an email from us stating that the item is on backorder. Please contact us at any time if you feel that we have made an error at customerservice@icvitaminsource.com
